Doors wont go flush

Hi

I cant work out why the doors on my floor plan wont sit flush to the wall.  Also, depending what wall the door is attached to will depend how deep it is.  I have spent hours trying to beat this one, any help will be gratefully appreciated.  The attached file has 2 doors on 2 different walls in flat 29.  Both doors are from the same stencil.  All I want is a simple open door with no threshold, frame etc, just the panel and swing.
