Visio seems to start a new line in a textbox, even if the drawing and the textbox are still wide wide enough to accomodate more characters.

Topic came up in a german forum: http://www.office-loesung.de/ftopic448431_0_0_asc.php

We are talking about textbox and drawing in sizes of several meters.

With 1000pt characters that linebreak point was reached early, with 12 pt characters after manymanymany characters, but it was reached (after approx. 1.3 meters).

Anyone any expereince with this?

How about that!?!   :o

Did this in V2007, Windows7, English.  So, yes, there does seem to be a limit.  See attached.

Interestingly, if you scale the drawing, you can cover the equivalent distance (or more) without hitting the wrap-around.
