This is my ide,  my workplace uses simplified wbs that are writen in excel, and draw the shapes in excel.

what i did was make a orginazation chart and connected to excel. But i can't get the text to fit in the shapes.
and i want to define in excel how visio should sort the shapes. for example shape1,shape2,shape3 , and not shape 3,shape1,shape1.

i would also like to have diffrent weblinks in everyshape. I want to type the links in excel and then export it to everyshape.

any help would be great.I'm a new user to visio. i have visio 2007 but if it works in 2010 i will migrate.
