Shape Information Pane on SP2010

I apologise if this has been answered somewhere and I have missed it - it certainly isn't for lack of trying! I am a newbie and I have searched as extensively as I know how, but have found no sollution:
Is it possible to have the Shape Information Pane toggle be in a default "on" position when a visio drawing is opened on sharepoint 2010?
