Hi,

I am a new Visio user (2010) and have what I hope is a basic question about Title Block shapes.

I have added a "Revision small" shape to my page.  The block adds a Revision area with title, column for revision number, description, date, etc.  But it is not clear to me how I subsequently add a row to this table when I want to add a revision entry.  Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Here are some more details on what I'm asking about if it will help.

Here is the shape I'm trying to use .  Note the icon of the image shows a revision block with several rows for entering revision information.

Yet when I drag the shape to my page, I get this...

no rows for revisions and I can't figure out how to add them.

Thanks again for any help.

Bump... anyone?  Is my question a really stupid one?  ???

No.  Not a dumb question -- more of an unfriendly shape.

For each subsequent line entry, copy the original shape and place it appropriately.  Then double click.  That should highlight ALL of the text entries.  Then, you should be able to highlight each entry and type in the desired text.  (If you select the text tool, you should be able to select the text directly.)

Thanks.  I had considered that but figured I might be missing something more simple.  I appreciate the response
