Hi, I am trying to use Visio 2010 and I don't have an option to open the shape window. I have looked in forums and wayched videos. Nothing has helped solve the problem. Please help!

ribbon View -> Show -> Task Panes -> Shapes

Mine doesn't say show in the ribbon.
