Shape ScreenTip

I created a Shape ScreenTip on my master in Visio 2007, showing the description.  I can view it fine on 2007 and 2003, but I have two people who cannot view it on their Visio 2003.  Is there some setting I or they need to adjust?

menu Tools -> Options
on the View tab, section Show
tick -  Other Screen Tips

I told them to do that and it didn't work.  I guess one of them thinks it has something to do with the shapes window settings?  Any other ideas?

Well, the next thing I would check is to make sure the video drivers were up to date.
