Moved from Visio 2003 to 2010 and now all pages are printing off center

I've used visio 2003 for years.  lots of drawings that print fine.  I have a general template setup that has a border and title block, etc.   I could just print and it fits on the page just right.

now that I have visio 2010, if I just hit print, the drawing is to far to the right and down about 1/2".  so the border lines / a bit of the title block get cut off.

I found that if I go into page setup and print zoom is set to 'adjust to 100%'.  If I fit to 1x1 sheet across / down it works.

the print setup page also says the pritner paper is 11 x 8.5 and drawing page is 10.5 x 8 (my frame is  little smaller than the page to allow for hole punching.  so now when it prints at 100%, it's got an even wider margin for the holes.

so the size printed would fit on the page.  it;s just that the image is off centered compared to in visio 2003.  Anyone know how to fix this globally in visio 2010?

THanks!
