Saving a Visio 2007 template in Visio 2010 text not displaying

About a year ago i created a network diagram in Visio 2007.

Now i have Visio 2010 and I am having some conversion issues.

The entire documentation is available on line and links from page to page.

My issue:

A normal templat will have a shape and a text with that shape. When saved as html from Visio 2007 i can open it via my internet and can see both the shape and the text. when editing the same visio document and saving in viso 2010 as normal and as html, I can no longer see the text on the internet and instead have to scroll over the hyperlink to see a pop up. i want the text to be visiable.

Any help?
