Shape Dataset option missing

I'm not sure why but I no longer have the option to add shape datasets when I right click in the shape data window.

Running Visio 2007 pro w/ Netzoom 9

This happens with or without running netzoom. I know the dataset is there, I can see it in the shapesheet. Just can't access it.
