Master Shapes with Connectors

I'm sure someone has asked this in the past but... I'd like to add master shapes to my stencils that contain both dynamic connectors and shapes in them and I want them to "act normal".  The closest thing I know of is the "Control Transfer" in the "Basic Flowchart Shapes" stencil.  But I want the connectors to be dynamic not a single straight line so that they will reroute etc like normal connectors.  Basically I'm lazy and want to be able to either a) drop a shape that has a connector already connected to some hotpoints, or b) drop a dynamic connector that has a simple shape stuck to it to give the impression that it is "a" and won't act funny (stretch the shape with the connector is a no no, etc.)

Any suggestions?
