How to find shape name in a visio diagram.

I am new to Visio and I got couple of visio diagrams, but I want to find out what is each shape name in the diagram. Is there any why I can find out this?

Would you like to share with us what version of visio are you running?

Under View/Drawing-Explorer you get a view that displays also the shape names

I am using Visio 2003.

consider menu bar=>tools=>Reports, if no reports have been defined then select new and follow the menus.
