creating a shape that contains a photo and text

I want to create a shape that looks like an org chart box with a photo and two or three lines of text in it. The reason I can't actually use an org chart shape is because I want to link the contents to an excel sheet and an org chart diagram can't do that.

Forgive me if this sounds too simple (and misses the point). Why not copy the orgchart shape, ungroup it (which breaks the link to the master), regroup it, and name it something just for you.
