Multi-jointed curved arrowhead

Hi,
I'm trying to create a curved arrowhead but with more than one simple bend in it. Ideally I just need two bends, but with one continuous line with the arrow at the end... any ideas please?

Use a connector and set it's end style to an arrow and the connector type to curved.
