Font / Text Feature: Overline

It would be nice to have the same functionality for text overlining as there is for font underlining.  As it is now, the option is hidden within the shape sheet, and it takes a bit of gymnastics to be able to just overline a single letter, or a word, within a phrase.  Also, the positioning of the overline needs to be elevated as it clobbers the tops of capitalized letters.
