MultiLine Org Chart Shape Entry

A topic came up on the MSN Visio Forum site concerning how to get multiple lines to show for one of the entry fields, e.g., 3 or 4 individuals in the Name field.  It is difficult to enter it directly into Visio and then have the export turn out OK.  The best I came up with was to right click the shape, bring up the context menu and select Data > Shape Data.  In the Name field, type a name, then hit cntl+enter, another name, cntl+enter, etc.  When you close the form, there will be separate lines for each name.  But exporting "tags" a "?" with a square around it for each cntl+enter.  But, the excel cell for "names" will have the desired entries.    

On the other hand, if you start with excel, and, instead of cntl+enter, hit alt+enter, excel will line feed each name in the cell.  Now, if you import this file into the Org chart, you will have exactly what you desire.  Plus, exporting works fine, too!
