Poll: When Will You Upgrade to Visio 2010?

Ok, Microsoft marketing didn't pay me to run this poll (hmm...maybe they should have), but I am curious what you all think. Since I have an MSDN subscription, I don't think about purchase price or other stresses, I just blindly download and install.

What are you all planning with Visio 2010?

As an observation from the side (one of the driving issues). Scenario x64 was pre-installed on my current system, srv2008R2 is x64. When I can load a Visio x64 Drawing control from a current Visual Studio product toolbox (on a x64 system) onto a WinForm, I'll consider it. The target for the solution is srv2008R2 Visio Services and remote desktop.

I heard a rumor the 2010 Office software will only work on the new Windows 7 Operating system.  Is that true?

I'm running the 2010 Technical Preview on an XP virtual pc, so I don't think the rumor is true.

As a casual user, V2007, meets all of my needs.  Doesn't seem like it was that long ago that I finally upgraded from V2003.  I guess, when I upgrade to 64Bit O/S, then I'll upgrade Visio -- after all of you energetic folks work out the bugs!!!         

...now where did I put that windup crank for my 386??? 

UPDATE 2/4/2012: 
Have V2010 at work...Can I change my vote to NEVER!!!  It's that blasted ribbon.    
A.)  It actually occuppies more screen space   
B.)  It is BADLY organized -- so, it's difficult to find things.   
C.)  There are fewer commands immediately available; this requires more steps to do something simple.  Although, thanks to Chris' book  , I discovered the quick command section where I can put my "favorite, frequently used" commands  Gee, I feel like I'm having to convert the ribbon back to pre-ribbon days to make it useful.  What's the point???         

It is so overwhelmingly bad, that it overshadows any pluses the release may contain.

Given a installed customer base using Visio 2003 and 2007, I'm left with continued development on 2003 although it obviously has to work with 2007. So until 2007 can no longer be purchased, there is no reason to upgrade (or until a customer demands it of course, they are always right  )

Just upgraded to Visio 2010 (14.0.4514.1004) MSO (14.0.4536.1000) BETA. Still missing a few features - but pretty stable and very usable.

Well I'm stuck with developing on Visio 2003 as this is the version out customers are using, but also have to be sure it runs on 2007 and 2010 when its out there.

I have just downloaded it and will soon be testing with it, just like with 2007.
Most of my customers have just 'upgraded' from 2000 to 2003 so I am very happy with that... 
testing with 2010 now allows me to say, yes I can support you for another 10 years...
