Need Formula for Conditional Formatting

Here's the simplified scenario.

I have two text shapes and each are linked to data in Excel using Visio Pro 2007. The data is numerical.

I want to conditionally format the data in Text Shape B depending on the value of Text shape A. (I.e. If/Then)

In essence, if Text Shape B is greater than Text Shape A, then conditionally format the font of Text Shape B to red and strikethrough (or Gray) the font of Text B.
