I read in the SuperUser forum Visio has had a built-in feature for double-lined borders" for more than 10 years!

I didn't know this, let's check out if it is simple to find in the Visio UI.

F3 to open the formatting window, edit the line style dropdown field.

Yes you're right Yacine, but I was looking for two tone borders (two colours) that is still not possible unfortunately.

That's partially right, since you still have custom line patterns.
