Keyboard Arrow Keys Not Moving Objects in Visio

Hi Visio masters,
I have an issue with Visio where I cannot move selected objects with my keyboard arrows keys anymore, it moves the whole work are instead.
I am sure there is an easy fix for this, but it is driving me absolutely nuts  at he moment, any help or advise would be greatly appreciated!

Scroll Lock

Thank you Paul, duh it drove me nuts!
Not sure how that gets activated since I do not have the Scroll Lock Key on my keyboard, I had to bring up the on-screen keyboard to disable it. Thank you very much Sir!
