Realizing this is a somewhat old thread-- however I had a similar issue found this thread just today. In my case, I was trying to have one Visio.Page (that is, a "tab") have multiple physical pages (sheets of U.S. Letter-sized paper) laid out next to each other, with each page being its own thing and not a tile of a larger drawing sheet. Could not get Visio to not overlap some of the print from Page 1 onto Page 2.

My solution: Found I had to set the margin to zero in the Page Setup dialog. Then it stopped overlapping things at the edges. Obviously still want a physical margin-- which I created manually. (In my case I have rectangles as a frames set off "DesiredMargin" distance from each page's edge.)

This may be the same as @Yacine's solution-- but what made it work for me was setting the margin in Page Setup to zero.
I usually turn off Auto Size as well-- however this solution worked for me irrespective of AutoSize.
