Hyperlinks

My team uses Visio for the main purpose of saving the file to web. Our diagrams incorporate basic flow diagram shapes and custom icons. Many of these icons we attach multiple hyperlinks to. I'm wondering if having the "label" Hyperlink.Row_1 on multiple objects (icons) causes any problems. Also, does the order the hyperlinks appear in the front end dictated by the order of the rows or by number of the row? I've attached a screenshot of the Hyperlink section with the labels of a few rows.
