Title: Creating a Macro to pull up the Number Shapes box
Post by: droper1 on October 11, 2022, 04:25:57 PM
I'm attempting to use the record macro feature to make it quicker to pull up the Number Shapes box. I use it frequently for work, but I can't stop recording the macro once the dialog box is pulled up. My programming skills are essentially non-existent, so any help appreciated.

Your macro won't record the action of bringing up the box. The only possible action for this might be a keyboard shortcut but you can't access the Number Shapes dialog with this.
I'll be the first to say that I don't think you can do this, until someone comes along and proves me wrong!  :o

Do you mean the auto numbering feature under tools ?
I made me some custom shortcuts with autohotkey scripts.
