sorry new to visio so here goes, I have a two-page document, but I can't seem to move or alter anything on page one anymore but can on page two
any help would be very gratefully received
Were you able to move the shapes on page 1 in the past? Are you able to post the Visio file here as an attachment so we can look at it?
yes it let me do stuff on page one
until i added page two?
All the shapes visible on page 1 are actually on a background page. To move them you need to edit that background page.
