So i just got a new computer and have Visio 2013 standard installed. Its what my company uses. I do a fair amount of development with Visio..
So with this new computer i do not get a drag preview of the shape. Just dotted box. I googled but cant find anything. Even simple shapes. And i try the move and wait for it to preview it. But nothing. I assume something is turned off but i can not figure out what that is.

I remember this being mentioned in the past. I've had a look in the settings in the registry and can find nothing relevant.
I am wondering if its a video card issue.. its a Quadro p4000.. maybe there are software settings in there.
I will get Visio installed on my laptop and see how it behaves.
