Print Page - Custom field not printing

I Have a header block displaying the following custom formula:
=TITLE()&" -- "&PAGENAME()&" "

The data displays correctly on the page but when sent to the printer, the TITLE() data does not print, the rest of the concatenated data does print correctly.

If the TITLE() field is the only parameter in the formula all is good, but any concatenation breaks the printing.

Any thoughts?

Seems to work fine. Can you upload a simple example?
