There are a variety of ways to do this:
1) change the line arrowhead style to dot
2) use the Basic Electrical template.  Works with connectors only.  Automatically adds dots for 3-way connections.  4-way connections are not considered connected.  The dot shape is called AutoJunction, but I have not found a stencil that contains it.
3) From the Transmission Paths - V2013, there are junction shapes which may be dragged and dropped onto connectors.  Generally, these are placed 1st, and connectors routed to the junction shape.  Doesn't seem like connector splitting works.
4) create your own dot shape.
