Hello again,

two PDF toobars are shown. When I hide these, they are shown again when I restart Visio. That's really annoying. Any hints are highly appreciated!

Disable the thing that creates them (presumably, this is some PDF extension)

If you don't want to disable, reset custom menus (find and delete the custom11.vsu file).
This should help, at least for a while.
