Good morning I wonder if anyone could point me to the direction of how to drop a shape that gives you the option three formats... For example a light switch when its dropped is it ON OFF or Mid position
Make the option data part of the shape's Shape Data, then ensure the 'Add on Drop' box is ticked in the Right Click -> Data -> Define Shape Data menu, or in the shapesheet set the data property Ask to True.
Ok many thanks is there a way the to change colour or rotate shape
Yes there is. in the Shape Sheet in the Section where all the Themes/Colors and such are located, just relate them to the Shape Data field.
