Hi!
I'm fairly new to Visio, and I'm trying to find a way to automatically populate fields/text of shapes dropped into a container. What I want to do is set the text on a shape based on the number of members within the container at that time. So the first shape added to the container would be named "1", the second shape would be named "2", and so on.
I don't really know how to approach this, I would prefer to use fields, shape data, and the shape sheet if possible, but if there's a way to do this using VBA I'm open to that too.
