How can I edit the off-page reference shape to toggle display of a drawing layer versus the default display of a page in Visio Premium 2010?

I think this partially answers my question, https://superuser.com/questions/327018/possible-to-use-a-visio-page-as-a-layer-on-another-page, but I still need to know how to have it toggle the display of the background page versus jump to the background page.
