Is there a way to Edit or Remove a ListBox protection - I need to remove its title and its header, ending with just the ListBox body. I tried the Shape Sheet, no luck!

Hello Abe,
Are you talking about the 'List box' master from the 'Controls' stencil (which opens with the Software and Database / Wireframe Diagram template)?
If you are then, with the list container shape selected, you can change the container style via the 'Format' contextual ribbon tab to one without the heading.
