I have created a map of a warehouse in Visio, which uses shapes which change in size according to the current capacity of each storage location. Think a birds eye view of the warehouse, where the number of pallets on the Visio map "grow" with the number of pallets in the real location, through a data link to our warehouse management system database. The shape height formulas are a function of the capacity.
The data refreshes every 10 minutes, however after an apparently random number of refreshes, the screen freezes. I cannot scroll or zoom - the image does not change. However, there roll over comments will appear when rolling over the shapes, and the background refresh script continues.
Any ideas on what could be causing this? I have disabled hardware graphics acceleration.
