Title: Is it possible to add drop down selection to shapes?
Post by: appman on February 26, 2009, 05:56:58 PM
I would like to be able to add a drop down selection to a shape in order to set some custom properties that can be calculated/totalled later.

The example is for an IP Camera that will have settings for H/M/L compression relating to a given bit rate for each of the settings (the bit rate being the part needing to be totalled for all objects on the drawing).

The L/M/H should be easily selectable and on display as I wish to use this a s a deployable assistance tool to my designers.

all assistance gratefully received  :)

I don't know if I understood what you want to do, but if you want to make the shape properties window to pop up when a new master is added to the page just add DOCMD(1312) to the eventdrop on the event section of the shape's shapesheet.
