Title: Breakline shape actions
Post by: YossiD on February 10, 2016, 05:29:42 PM
I have created a Visio shape with breaklines to show that it is only part of an object (attached).

This was great fun as it is the first time that I have added controls and context menu inputs to a shape.

The context menu input lets you chose how large the breakline should be, as a % of the shape height. The depth of the breakline is adjusted to be proportional to its height.

The controls allow manual adjustment of the height and depth.

The problem is that manual adjustment with the controls overwrites the control parameter that keeps the breakline depth proportional to its height.

Is there a way to add an action to "reinstate" the forumulae in Controls.Row_1.X and Controls.Row_2.Y when entering a breakline height % via the context menu?

Thanks.

I do this Visio stuff for so many years now, but I still don't fully understand the SETATREF and related stuff. I always rely on Wapperdude for this kind of problems.
I hope he'll read this post and help you.
Otherwise, you may check this post, where he did: http://visguy.com/vgforum/index.php?topic=5450.0
