Title: Visio 2016 Starter Diagrams - how to make one for your own stencil?

I think the Starter Diagrams in Visio 2016 are really useful. How do you make one for your own stencil?

As far as I can see they are just example diagrams, a template file that contains some appropriate shapes and instructions.

If you could open one of the starter diagrams and save it as a Visio document then post it here ...
