Title: How to save as/print current page only rendered in Sharepoint 2010
Post by: Vendril on February 26, 2015, 09:04:40 PM
Hi,

Thanks to Yaccine I am almost finished my first "real"  :D Visio Diagram.  Now that I am testing and have it in sharepoint I would like the ability for users to print or save the current rendered page.  New employees are given a hard copy of their floor.  Currently each floor has it's own mud map - word, excel some visio - its a complete mess! - and is rarely kept up to date.

As most of the users DO NOT have Visio installed this is something of a problem. Also the "view in Visio" option will be turned off.

I though of keeping a static pdf with a link to it but as the shapes are linked to data i'm not sure how to keep it up to date - unless that can be resaved/updated automatically when changes are made to the diagram/data sources?

Any and all ideas welcome XD

Sorry, I'd like to, but can't participate. V2007 and no Sharepoint!  :(

I think one problem for many of us here is that Sharepoint only runs on Windows Server and needs SQL Server.
