Having already created Gantt Chart with Visio 2010, I do not understand what is happening.
I try to create a Gantt Chart but no option happens when I right-click on the form of the Gantt. Normally, the assistant should offer me the dates of options, tasks and working hours but nothing appears.
I did re install Vision 2010 without results.

First of all, check File -> Options -> Advanced -> General
and ensure
Enable Automation Events
is on.

Glad it's sorted. But this is so often the fix for this problem. What really needs sorting is how it gets turned off!

I can't tell you the hours of troubleshooting, reinstalling, and consulting with colleagues I have done to solve disappearing dialog boxes that have always worked before. I have a live session scheduled on Tuesday where I will need to work with them in Visio live, and my next step was to pay for support. I read your short sentence, tried it, and my dialog boxes were restored. Profuse thank yous.
