I am documenting our network topology in Visio 2013, and I can't figure out how out to connect the stencils to text boxes.
I want to be able to move a text box around and have the connection line stay connected to the stencil on the other end.

Awhile back, I was developing a "smart" callout. I've attached an updated version, which is more of a "universal" callout. Has many more features than the standard Visio callout.
