I've been struggling with Visio to understand what's the best shape for the chart I want to create. I have a flow chart of a process and under each milestone of that process I want to note the number of clients assisted against that particular milestone. Moreover, I'd like to have this by year and linked to an excel file.
I know how to do a timeline shape, a flowchart shape and how to link data to excel, but I don't know how to do the 3 things together in the same file :-[
I have attached an example done on excel. Could you please help me out on this one?
