Hi.
I've inherited a large visio org chart, with shapes containing 10 custom properties. The details (text and numbers) from 2 of the custom prop' fields display in the shapes. How do I select different fields to display?
I've googled for answers, and going balmy not finding any answer. All I can find is how to import a list into visio, and initially select fields to display in the org chart. But no where can i find how within visio I can chose different fields to display.

You should see Org-Chart on the ribbon/menu, from there select Options (or Display Options) and select Fields.
It's on the menu, Organisation Chart. If it's not there when a document is open then that's a very different problem.

I'm using visio 2003 and yes able to change via menu Org chart/options/fields/ select fields.

I can't see Options or Display Options in the Org-Chart ribbon in Visio 2013 when I've got a document created by the Org Chart Wizard open.
Has Microsoft removed Options/Display Options in the Org-Chart ribbon in Visio 2013?
