Hi there, I am very new to Visio but am very familar working in Microsoft products. This one is pretty intense!
I work for a large university and have been tasked with creating an organization wide org chart. (HUGE) My problem is that a manager may have people of different levels reporting to them. They could have managers as well as regular staff (such as an assitant). However, when my data is imported it shows everyone on the same row, or as if they are the same level essentially. Is it possible to designate, in my data, positions that should be off to the right or left of the shape instead of beneath it like I did with Susan Schubert in the attached document?
Any ideas or suggestions would be really helpful!
