Title: Visio 2010 Screen Tips and Converting to PDF
Post by: writer0051 on February 27, 2013, 04:38:56 PM
Hello,

I can get my screen tips to display fine in Visio 2010; however, when I convert to pdf, the screen tip becomes the sheet name, such as sheet.26.

Do I need to use the Shapesheet feature to somehow cause the text to display in the pdf version?  Or is this not supported in Visio/pdf?

I am attaching screen captures of hovering over the screen tip area in both Visio and .pdf.

Hi there
In modern enterprise's document management system, people often need to process and handle large volumes of multi-page PDF document files. Therefore, a professional PDF document page processing utility will bring much convenience for users to manipulate and manage those PDF files, especially when they are processing some PDF document files that have over 500+ pages.
I have never tried to convert PDF (http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/csharp-imaging/pdf-convert-raster/) files in Visio. But i have tried to do that using a converter which supports to display pdf (http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/csharp-imaging/pdf-get-to-start/) and convert pdf files directly. You can also have a try.
