I built my own new custom shape that prompts for data when dropped into my org chart. Everything is working fine, but when I add another shape, it automatically enters another name, title, etc field to the shape data. I want to keep the shape data to only the fields I specified. Can I keep it from generating these new fields every time I place a shape?

It's the org chart add-on that adds this data to your shapes, I doubt if you can stop it from doing so.
