I am a pretty novice user of visio, so I am not sure if this is a possible fuction. My organization uses them to create org charts, imported from an Excel spreadsheet. The bottom right corner (Field 4), displays salary information for each box. What I want to do is show the total sum of all the salaries on each page in a separate area on the page. Of course I can get the info by totaling it up on the spreadsheet, but is it possible to have Visio take the data in Field 4 and add it up for each page of my charts?
