Running Visio 2010 on Windows 7 Professional 32 bit. User is able to print a visio flow chart document .vsd file to a local printer without issue, but when he attempts to print to a network printer Visio crashes. (printer is a sharp MX-M5001. I was able to open a new visio document from the users desk and add just a few objects to it and it prints to the network printer just fine. I made a copy of the offending document and renamed it and attempted to print it to the network printer from the users desk and it crashes still. I also installed Visio 2010 to another machine and was able to print the document to the network printer so i know its isolated to the users desktop.
Below is the error message recorded in the event log on the users machine. Also I've seen a lot of forms talking about disabling add-ons, but I checked and there are no add-ons installed or running that I can see.
