Title: Conditional Formatting Icons
Post by: artwhitejr on June 29, 2011, 08:31:14 PM
I am working on a project for an org chart that tracks incoming and outgoing personnel for a position.  The icon for the incoming person will be green for male, red for female and transparent for no incoming person.  I can get the conditional formatting to change colors for red and green through the Data on Shape interface but how do I get the icon to go to transparent if the field is null in the spreadsheet?

In the ShapeSheet of the Shape, go to the cell "FillForegndTrans" and insert a formula like: =If(Prop.YourData=0,100%,0%)
