Title: Tables in Visio
Post by: ElemenoP on July 25, 2008, 05:49:22 PM
According to Visio's Help, I should use the "grid" shapes to make a table in Visio, and the text should be able to auto-height. I have tried this and I guess the text does auto-height but the row does not. In other words, all the overflow text is behind the next row. Can I make the row auto-height? I want a table that behaves more like... well... HTML! Or Excel, I guess. Are tables really usable in Visio? What do people do when they have tabular data they need to present in Visio?

Thanks,
Sheri

If you want Excel... why not import Excel into Visio?
Insert -> Object -> Microsoft Office Excel Worksheet
