We've got the Creator() ShapeSheet function, but there have been several requests to note who edited the file last.

LastEditedBy() would be a welcome edition to the ShapeSheet function set.

As far as I can see, this information is not available in the ShapeSheet.

I don't think that's necessary. What I think necessary is a way to import/export stencils/masters to some text file, or ideally xml file. So that we can edit them without using shape sheet, and can change them with code. And we can put them into source control systems and see who has changed them, and what has been changed.
