I can't find it either! The only Links ribbon item is actually the Hyperlinks item.

Crappy alternative:

Ctrl + K will still get you to the define hyperlink dialog.

Sounds more like you want to whack many links at the push of a button.

The menu Links -> Break Links is only visible if there are linked objects in the diagram. Not an aspect of Visio that I've used before.

Was that ever a feature of Visio -- to delete multiple links at once?

I'm stuck in front of V2003 for the moment.
